On August 20^th, Song Xinhui, Member of the Aksu Prefectural Committee and Deputy Commissioner of the Administrative Office, visited ZPEC Oil & Gas for an inspection. He spoke highly of the phased progress achieved in the exploration and development of the Aksu Oilfield and reaffirmed the prefectural government's commitment to providing continued service support, helping the company sustain its contributions to the steady growth of the local economy.

On that day, Song Xinhui and his delegation visited the Wen 7 Oil Production Station and Wenbei Central Processing Facility. They gained a detailed understanding of the advanced progress of the oil and gas production capacity construction. Li Xuesong, Deputy General President of ZPEC Group, briefly reported work development progress, including the Enterprise’s production and operation, production capacity construction, and future development planning.

Mr. Song Xinhui noted that in recent years, while staying focused on its core oil and gas business, ZPEC has proactively served the broader local development agenda by taking concrete steps to stabilize growth, safeguard employment, and improve livelihoods, fully demonstrating its social responsibility and commitment as a private enterprise. He expressed the hope that the Company would further increase investment in exploration and development, accelerate the construction of key projects, and establish a sound and regular mechanism for communication and coordination with local authorities. He also called for deeper enterprise-local government collaboration to build synergies, integrate more deeply into the overall economic and social development of the prefecture, and provide stronger impetus for its high-quality growth. He further noted that all relevant local departments would continue to optimize the business environment, deliver comprehensive services and support, and safeguard the high-quality development of the Enterprises.
