In the scorching summer, on June 15th, Li Xuesong, Senior Vice President of ZPEC Group and General Manager of ZPEC Oil & Gas, went to the frontlines to launch a summer care initiative, bringing both cooling relief and moral support to staff members who had been holding their posts in the sweltering weather.

During the visit, Mr. Li toured several key sites, including the Wen-7 Oil Well Station at the ZPEC Aksu Oilfield, the Oil Production Management Area of ZPEC Oil & Gas, and the Wenbei Central Processing Facility (CPF). At each location, he greeted on-duty employees and distributed heat-relief supplies such as watermelons and beverages. He expressed his sincere gratitude to everyone for their hard efforts to fulfil their duties and for their unwavering commitment despite the extreme temperatures.

During the visit, Mr. Li took time to learn in detail about the working status and the heat-prevention measures in place. He emphasized that, given the current spell of intense summer heat, employees were facing considerable challenges to stay at the frontline. He stressed the need to effectively coordinate workplace safety with summer heat protection, scientifically optimize shift schedules, reasonably adjust staff work and rest hours, and ensure an ample supply of anti-heat medicines and cooling drinks. He also called for strict compliance with heat-protection regulations for high-temperature operations, to safeguard employees' health in every aspect and to guarantee the smooth, orderly operation of oilfield production.

The thoughtful care delivered to the frontlines deeply moved and greatly inspired all staff members. They expressed that the company’s care and concern had boosted their morale and motivation. They pledged to remain dedicated to their posts with renewed enthusiasm, to stay focused on the tasks of maintaining stable production and boosting output, to work diligently and practically, and to contribute their full efforts to successfully achieving the annual targets.
