From May 28th
to 31st, a delegation led by Chen
Qingjun, Senior Deputy President of ZPEC, visited the Coastal Oilfield in
Kazakhstan for site inspection and work guidance. During the visit, Mr. Chen
extended his regards to frontline employees and gained first-hand insights into
field operations, HSE performance, and surface engineering progress. He
encouraged the team to continue strengthening management fundamentals and
improving operational efficiency, striving to make greater contributions to the
high-quality development of ZPEC’s overseas oil and gas business.
Upon arrival, Mr. Chen and
his delegation listened to work reports from department heads covering
production capacity deployment, drilling progress, oil production technology,
gathering and transportation system operation, and logistics support. He fully
recognized the team’s achievements in overcoming harsh natural environments and
efficiently advancing production capacity.
Despite Level 7 gale-force winds, Mr. Chen
subsequently conducted field inspections at multiple frontline
well sites, including S1, S3, S6, N1, and N2. His inspections focused on tank
areas, well testing, pilot production wells, and drilling
rig equipment. He emphasized the need for on-site standardization of both
drilling operations and well-site management.
On May 31st at the Coastal Oilfield Project office, Mr.
Chen listened to work reports and challenges from various departments
of both the Drilling Company and the Coastal Oilfield Project Company. He
provided comments and guidance on each issue and set out standardized
requirements for on-site safety management. He stressed that the
standardization of well-site operations
and oilfield construction must advance to
the highest standards.
