They conducted on-site inspections of project progress and held special symposiums, carefully listening to work reports from various units, identifying key difficulties, and proposing solutions and implementation measures.

For the next phase, Chairman Li urged all units to focus on their annual targets, accelerate project approval procedures, enhance material procurement and supply efficiency, scientifically optimize regional planning, and coordinate water, road, and supporting facility operations to continuously strengthen the production foundation. He emphasized deepening enterprise-local government cooperation and coordination mechanisms, strengthening multi-party communication to overcome project bottlenecks, and ensuring proactive planning, initiative, and closed-loop management. Strictly adhering to timelines, responsibilities must be clarified, measures refined, and key tasks completed as scheduled.

At the Wen7 Well station and Wenbei Central Processing Facility (CPF) of the Zhongman Aksu Oilfield, Chairman Li extended warm greetings to frontline employees, delivered wishes for International Workers' Day, and inquired about their work, daily life, and learning progress. He inspected oil production, equipment operation, station renovation, and digital intelligence construction.

Chairman Li stressed the need to continuously optimize production processes, refine technical skills, implement meticulous management, review management systems, workflows, and operating procedures, create standardized management templates, and apply them to overseas projects. He encouraged young employees to align personal growth with the Group’s development strategy, cherish the opportunities and resources provided, learn through mentorship and specialized training, hone their professional skills, strengthen English proficiency, enhance overall competence, and actively contribute to overseas projects.

At Zhongman Drilling Crews No. 1, No. 12, No. 14, the downhole operation team, and the Wensu integrated base, Chairman Li spoke warmly with frontline employees, shook hands, and expressed sincere gratitude for their dedication and hard work.

During the inspection, Chairman Li elaborated on the Group’s progress and long-term planning for transforming into a resource-based enterprise, citing development data and real cases. He clearly explained the future direction of oil and gas exploration and development, further building consensus and boosting morale. He pointed out that the integrated units are the core strength and key support for oilfield production capacity. With the Group in a critical stage of “Major Transformation, Major Adjustment, and Major Development,” all units must strictly maintain safety and production quality, efficiently complete tasks, and strengthen talent development by combining theoretical learning with onsite practice, creating a positive atmosphere of learning and healthy competition. He encouraged young employees to study hard, take responsibility, hone their professional and English skills, grow into capable professionals, and play a greater role in overseas projects.

At Wensu large fleet center, Chairman Li carefully examined fleet operations and the effectiveness of the Zhixun multiparty linkage control system and the Fleet Manager intelligent system. He emphasized that, as the Group rapidly develops with high quality, the role of production and transportation support becomes increasingly important. The large fleet must continuously optimize transportation processes and build a strong support foundation. Additionally, regular skills and management training should be conducted, including practical driving, mechanical principles, and traffic regulations, to cultivate highquality composite transportation management and technical talents who can be deployed to overseas projects.

Spring marks a new journey of striving to be at the forefront. Chairman Li’s onsite inspection and earnest instructions have pointed the way and boosted the morale of all employees at the Aksu Oilfield. Going forward, they will remember the Chairman’s guidance, focus on annual targets, tackle key tasks with a pragmatic approach, unite for progress, and continuously empower the Group’s highquality development.
