On April 28^th, a delegation from the Development and Reform Commission (DRC) of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, led by Counsel Liu Huiqin, visited Aksu Zhongman Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd for inspection and guidance. The delegation focused on the company’s investment management and project construction, instructing it to advance high-quality project construction, stabilize investment, and promote development. Liu encouraged the company to take root in Xinjiang, deepen its core business, improve quality and efficiency, and continue contributing to the high-quality development of the regional economy.

The delegation was accompanied by Yan Hua, Deputy Secretary-General of the Aksu Prefecture Administrative Office and Counsel, Yao Guobin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Wensu County Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the County People’s Government, and Executive Deputy County Mayor of Wensu County, officials from relevant departments of Aksu Prefecture and Wensu County, and Li Xuesong, Senior Vice President of ZPEC Group and General Manager of Aksu Zhongman Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd.

During the visit, the delegation toured the ZPEC Wenbei Central Processing Facility (CPF). They listened carefully to reports on the company’s production and operations, oil and gas exploration and development, and key project construction. They inquired about difficulties and practical needs in current production and construction, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s development plans, annual targets, and actual project progress.

Liu Huiqin fully affirmed and spoke highly of ZPEC’s contributions to regional development, industrial upgrading, employment, tax revenue, and local economic growth. She emphasized that major projects are key drivers for stabilizing investment and boosting the economy. She urged ZPEC to leverage its resource advantages and industrial foundation, proactively integrate into local development, play its role as a key energy enterprise, continue to tap project potential, efficiently advance key projects, expand effective investment, and strengthen internal drivers for sustainable growth. At the same time, the company should align with local development strategies, deepen enterprise-local government collaboration, broaden cooperation areas, pool development efforts, and promote deep integration and mutual benefit to jointly support high-quality regional economic and social development.

Li Xuesong expressed gratitude to the Autonomous Region DRC, Aksu Prefecture, and Wensu County governments for their long-standing care, guidance, and support for ZPEC. He stated that ZPEC will resolutely implement all work plans, focus on achieving annual investment and production targets, accelerate and improve the construction of key projects, intensify oil and gas exploration and development, optimize production and operation management, and enhance capacity and business efficiency. Additionally, he stressed the need to continue to fulfill the company’s social responsibilities, deepen enterprise-local cooperation, and contribute ZPEC’s strength to the high-quality development of the local economy.
