Recently, a group of CNPC well-control experts inspected the Changqing Oilfield well-control safety work.  ZPEC No. 13 Team, representing the Changqing Oilfield No. 2 Recovery Plant, took the examination and successfully passed all of the inspection and examination items.
The group, made up of more than 30 experts, was quite impressed by ZPEC No.13 Team’s high standard of well-site management when they first arrived, noticing the orderly placement of the equipment and the neatlyuniformed staff. Later, the experts inspected the well-control safety work from three different aspects:  The first was the well-control equipment, the camp’s living conditions, and the team’s qualification and certification; the second was the personnel’s knowledge on well-control safety, as well as their emergency reaction and problem solving abilities; and at last, the experts inspected their well-control practice. ZPEC No. 13 Team performed very well in each of the areas and gained high marks.
The Rig Manager, Mr. Yang Xuelei, said: “The well-control safety work is the most important work for drilling and we always consider it as our first priority.”
