Work Feelings Of 10 Days

      I have worked 10 days in rig 16 of ZPEC in IRAQ until now ,It's a short time for many people, but it's an unforgettable experience and long time for me.
      It's the first step that costs troublesome , I thought the temperature maybe high here before I came in IRAQ, Though it's really hot here ,it's a small case to me compared with other difficulties and obstacles.
      I applied to learn from the mud man firstly.MR SONG, a high ,strong and qualified mud man, Whom I learn from, is a good and responsible instructor .He tought me carefully and patiently,I Iearnt manythings from him.But he was busy sometimes ,I have to learn myself, I walk and looked here and there on the mud tank, but it's low efficiency. My mind was full of doubts and question marks, that made me crazy . I wasn't discouraged, I found out most of the questions by asking MR SONG and other workers here.
      There are many local employees here in rig 16,two of them work on mud tank too, There English is not good ,I almost couldn't communicate with them at the start, So I watched MR SONG speaking with them, then I asked MR SONG, He taught me the key to communicate with them, I can communicate with them a little better now.
      There are so many difficulties working here, but I don't afraid , because MR YANG -a mud engineer, told me a story about a man who is the manager of the Egypt project. I learnt that it is not the attitude but the attitude that important, the other saying, attitude is always more important than personal ability. Your ability would increase with time going on , but if you don't have a positive attitude , you will neverpaidoff.
      There will be more difficulties in the future,I will face them and  overcome them one by one. as the process make me feel full and my life will be wonderful and colorful.( RIG 16 谢承)
