On June 15th, Kulan Saifuhan, Vice Chairman of the Xinjiang Autonomous Regional Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), led a delegation to ZPEC Oil & Gas for an inspection visit to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Company's production and operations, project advancement, and overall development. She encouraged the Company to fully leverage the advantages of the private energy enterprise, to take proactive initiative, and to contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of Xinjiang.

The delegation was accompanied by Maimaitijiang·Moli, Deputy Director of Aksu Prefecture CPPCC Working Committee, Zhang Fang, Deputy Secretary of Wensu County Party Committee, officials from relevant departments of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Aksu Prefecture, and Wensu County, and Li Xuesong, Senior Vice President of ZPEC Group and General Manager of ZPEC Oil & Gas.

During the inspection, the delegation visited the ZPEC Wenbei Central Processing Facility (CPF) and listened to reports from Li Xuesong on ZPEC’s overall development, the basic situation of the Wensu Block, and the progress of the Wen-7 Block production capacity construction project. They also gained a detailed understanding of the key achievements in the Company's production and operations, and its oil and gas exploration and development.

Kulan Saifuhan fully affirmed the development achievements ZPEC had made by taking root in Xinjiang and deeply cultivating the oil and gas industry. She noted that Xinjiang is endowed with unique and abundant oil and gas resources and expressed the hope that ZPEC would firmly leverage regional resources, continue to increase investment and efforts in oil and gas exploration and development, and fully transform resource advantages into industrial and economic advantages. She stressed the importance of effectively driving local development, improving people's livelihoods, and contributing to the high-quality economic and social development of Xinjiang.

Li Xuesong stated that ZPEC Oil & Gas would firmly seize the development opportunities in Xinjiang, steadily advance key initiatives, including oil and gas exploration, development, and production capacity construction, and continuously improve development quality and efficiency. Meanwhile, ZPEC would actively integrate into the local development landscape, fully tap the potential of oil and gas resources, diligently fulfill its social responsibilities, and contribute solid strength to regional economic and social development through practical measures.
