Special Ethical Group Procurement and Logistics Division Compliance Training Recently Held

2026-05-06

To strengthen awareness of professional conduct of all employees in the Procurement and Logistics Division, consolidate the bottom line of compliant operation, and refine internal control safeguards, a special probity compliance training was held on April 28th at the Shanghai Lingang Base. The training was provided for 33 key personnel attending on-site and 67 participating online simultaneously.

The training focused closely on the practical realities of procurement and logistics activities, providing systematic lectures of internal control compliance management and anti-commercial bribery systems. It not only provided in-depth theoretical interpretation, but also practical case studies for warning education. By integrating theory and practice, the training helped attendees further define compliance boundaries, strengthen probity awareness, and effectively enhance risk resilience

At the beginning of the training, Li Shiguang, President of the Group, delivered an important speech. He stated that the Group was currently in a critical stage of "major transformation, major adjustment, and major development," which presented both significant opportunities for all employees to forge ahead in their careers and achieve personal growth, and raised higher requirements for compliant performance of duties and adherence to the highest principles of professional conduct. He emphasized that the Group was continuously advancing the upgrading of its governance system, focusing on building a trinity system probity risk resilience framework that integrates education, systems, and supervision, and upholding a firm "zero-tolerance" stance toward all forms of corruption. Meanwhile, our country’s regulatory requirements for private enterprises regarding compliant operation and probity governance were becoming increasingly stringent. All employees must recognize the new landscape of rule of law and strictly uphold disciplinary red lines. In his speech, Li Shiguang put forward three clear requirements for all employees of the Procurement and Logistics Center: First, strengthen bottom-line thinking, recognize the new normal of the rule of law, respect the law, and strictly adhere to the bottom line; second, increase compliance awareness, adapt to new governance requirements, act with honesty, integrity, and responsibility; third, cherish the development platform and work together for new growth.

Vice President Li Xizeng emphasized the implementation of probity requirements: all attendees shall consolidate their ideological defense lines, always keep awe in mind, and restrain their conduct in all actions; strictly abide by all corporate systems and procedures, and adhere to regulated duty performance in accordance with rules and maintain full compliance throughout the process; uphold both probity and responsibility, and serve the Group's strategic development with full dedication.

The special training was highly praised by attendees, who expressed that they would internalize the training content and put it into practice, consciously upholding the probity bottom line and adhering to professional ethics. (Group Headquarters, text by Zhang Chi, photo by Qu Qilei)
