On February 11, 2023, Mr. Ai Xin, the Deputy General Manager of Daqing Oilfield and the General Manager of Daqing Drilling Company, and his team visited ZPEC Headquarters and held a discussion with Mr. Li Chundi, the Chairman of ZPEC Group, and other ZPEC leaders. The two sides communicated and discussed strengthening their business cooperation at home and abroad. They agreed that they would further establish a cooperation mechanism on the basis of continuing the good cooperative relationship in the past, strengthen regional resource sharing, and continuously improve their respective efficiency creation capabilities.

At the meeting, ZPEC introduced the company's business layout and development overview via Vedio first. Mr. Li Jing, the General Manager of ZPEC Equipment Group, showed ZPEC's new intelligent automation products. The two parties exchanged ideas on products’ design, performance optimization, and efficiency improvement. Mr. Ai and the experts from Daqing Drilling Company put forward many good suggestions, which benefited everyone.

Mr. Ai said that in the past 20 years, ZPEC had grown from small to large, from professional to diversified, relying on continuous innovation of equipment and drilling technology and expansion of the industrial chain, while opening up domestic and international markets, and achieving high-quality development. He hoped that the two parties would cooperate in domestic and foreign drilling business in the future, further establish a cooperation mechanism from the perspective of their own interests, maximize the sharing and utilization of regional resources such as manpower, emergency support, and market information, and promote their respective high-quality development. Regarding cooperation in oil and gas resource risk blocks and equipment manufacturing, Mr. Ai suggested that the two parties further strengthen communication and discussions to achieve complementary advantages, and he warmly invited Chairman Li to visit the Daqing Oilfield.

Chairman Li warmly welcomed the arrival of Mr. Ai and his party. He said that the Daqing Oilfield had always been a banner in the domestic oil industry and that there were many excellent experiences worth learning. Previously, ZPEC and Daqing Drilling have had good cooperation in international projects. In the future, he hoped that the two sides would further strengthen exchanges and expand cooperation space in accordance with market rules and business needs. He went on to state that ZPEC was willing to work with Daqing Drilling to continuously promote interconnection in domestic and foreign markets and build a good competitive and cooperative relationship between state-owned and private enterprises.   

Mr. Zhang Shaojun, the Manager of Daqing Drilling International Business Department, Mr.Liu Wenpeng, the Director of the Technical Department, Mr. Wang Wenjun, the Deputy Director of the Technical Department, Mr. Yao Guicheng, the Senior Vice President of ZPEC, Mr. Lu Xinzhou, the Vice President, and Mr. Zhang Donghai, the Chief Engineer, and the other leaders and experts attended the discussion.
