After receiving two consecutive letters of commendation in a row from Party A, on the afternoon of September 7^th, the Drilling Team 25 of the ZPEC Malaysian Oil Project reported another success.  The team completed the translation drilling of the derrick for 12 hours, setting the fastest record for this operation in the Graff Oilfield.

The Director and Site Supervisor of Party A gave a thumbs up to praise the team by saying, “We are proud of having such a team in China.”  The director of Party A specifically requested the team to write a detailed report, analyzing the work steps and construction procedures, etc., so as to share the successful experience and promote the implementation throughout the oil region.  Among the accomplishments, Team 25 began  drilling the GA - K96P Well at 4:00 in the morning on September 7^th. Platform Manager Li Peishui arranged the work, guided the construction safely and efficiently and at 4:00 pm that afternoon, the whole process was completed in just 12 hours.  This broke the Graff Oilfield record of 18 hours, that had been in place for years.  They won a well-deserved reputation for the group and in the whole industry. Team 25 officers and soldiers proudly carry onward in the spirit of the "iron and blood journey".
