ZMOR350 offline rig is a new generation of intelligent drilling rig independently researched and developed by ZPEC. The drilling rig adopts high-efficiency pipe handling system, and through the SDOS intelligent drilling operating system, it enables the parallel operation of drilling and offline stand building, to combine the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and air control technology so as to improve drilling efficiency and reduce NPT time. The drilling rig is equipped with wheeled trailer system, which is suitable for operation in both flat and Gobi deserts. It reduces transportation units which is convenient for fast moving.

Technical Features

l Drilling operation and stand building are mutually independent，to enable off-line operation.

l All equipment maintenance is easy e, and there is no high-position pipe handling system hanged pipe racking machine and no derrick for high-position operations, which intrinsically achieved safety operation.

l Adopt SDOS system (Intelligent drilling operating system), six automated pipe handling process, tripping efficiency ≥ 600m/h, and Zone management system to ensure safe operation of equipment.

l Pipe handling system can handle drill collar Max. 10 inches. (API R2 Dual stands)

l Substructure and mast are modular design and raised by hydraulic cylinders, Suitable for installing 500T top drive.

l Mast has no need of monkey board, the drill floor has no need of setback area and stands are placed under drill floor, which lower the center gravity for mast and make the better transportation stability.

l Rig floor, down-ramp and area of pipe handling realize “zero discharge”of mud, which is suitable for the operation area of high-level environment requirements .

l Modular design, equip with walking skidding system and wheeled trailer fast moving system, which can simultaneously meet cluster well operation in 360° direction and rig moving between different well sites.

l Diesel generator sets, mud pumps and mud tanks are designed in wheeled trailer type, which can achieve fast rig moving.
