DC drawworks

· It is the main component of DZ (SCR) drilling rigs.

· Transmission type: Gear transmission

· The drawworks consists of input shaft, intermediate shaft and drum shaft with 4 forward and 4 reverse gears. The hook speed is 0 to 1.7m/s.

· The brake is hydraulic disc brake.

· The auxiliary brake can be equipped with electromagnetic eddy current brake or Eaton brake.

· It is equipped with auto drilling device.

· It complies with API 7K certificate.

VFD drawworks

· It is the main component of DB (VFD) drilling rigs.

· Transmission type: gear transmission

· The drawworks gear boxes are divided into single-shift stepless speed change and two-shift stepless speed change.

· The single-shift stepless speed change can realize 0-1.4m/s hook speed, and the two-shift stepless speed change can realize 0-1.6m/s hook speed.

· The brake is dynamic brake.

· The parking brake is hydraulic disc brake or Eaton brake.

· It is equipped with auto drilling device.

· It complies with API 7K certificate.
