On the morning of January 17th, ZPEC Chairman Li Chundi had a meeting with 14 outstanding international employees, who attending the Group's 2025 Annual Work Conference at the Shanghai headquarters. He had a cordial conversation with them, encouraging everyone to take the opportunity to explore and broaden their horizons, deepen friendships, and return to work diligently, joining hands with Chinese colleagues to jointly promote the continuous growth and expansion of ZPEC's overseas endeavors.

During the symposium, the Chairman first welcomed the employees from Iraq, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He introduced the Shanghai headquarters to them, expressed gratitude for their hard work over the past year, and fully acknowledged the contributions they had made in their respective positions.

The Chairman briefed everyone on the Group's development in Iraq, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Xinjiang Wensu, as well as the next steps layout. He stated that while ZPEC was achieving its own development, it was also actively fulfilling social responsibilities and driving local employment. In terms of employment, ZPEC was actively promoting the internationalization of talent and the localization of labor policies, practicing a multinational corporate culture that respects openness, inclusiveness, and diversity. The company fairly and justly selects and appoints employees of different nationalities, races, genders, religious beliefs, and cultural backgrounds. The Chairman hoped that attendees would convey the spirit of this annual conference to local staff upon their return, actively communicate with local colleagues, and strive to build bridges of friendship.

Hashim, the Human Resources Manager of the Saudi Branch, expressed gratitude on behalf of the foreign employees to the Chairman, thanking him for providing this trip to Shanghai and the high-level reception. "We are very excited to see the rapid development of China and ZPEC. We will definitely communicate the Group's favorable situation to every local employee upon our return and wish ZPEC Group continued success and greater development." Fahmi, the Operations Manager from Egypt, Hussein, the Financial Specialist from Iraq, and Asima, the Drilling Human Resources Specialist from Kazakhstan, also spoke in turn, thanking ZPEC for this trip to China and expressing their anticipation for ZPEC's greater development overseas.

 After the meeting, the Chairman sent New Year's blessings and gifts to the international employees and took a group photo with them.

Spanning mountains and seas, friendships endure. The shared development cause continuously brings Chinese and international employees closer together, and achieving mutual benefit has become a common consensus.
