On January 23, Yang Yang, Party Member of the Leading Party Group of the Development and Reform Commission of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Secretary of the Party Group, and Director of the Energy Bureau, along with his delegation, visited ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas company for research and inspection. He expressed hope that ZPEC would accelerate the construction of key projects, promote the optimization and upgrading of the local energy industry chain, and make new contributions to ensure both the national energy security and the high-quality development of Xinjiang.

The Research Team included Jin Rui, Director of the Comprehensive Development and Coordination Office of the Energy Bureau of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission; Huo Yugang, Director of the New Energy and Renewable Energy Office of the Energy Bureau of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission; Han Peng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Administrative Office of the Aksu Prefecture; Hou Jingzhe, Party Member and Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of the Aksu Prefecture; and Yao Guobin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Wensu County Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, and Executive Deputy County Magistrate of the People's Government of Wensu County.

At the Zhongman Oil Wensu CPF Station, Guo Jixin, the Deputy General Manager of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas Company, provided a detailed introduction to the Wensu Block, the production capacity construction project of the Wen-7 Block, the 2025 exploration and development deployment, and key supporting projects.

Yang Yang stated that ZPEC had fully leveraged its integrated advantages, achieving fruitful results in oil field exploration and development. He hoped that the Company would seize the opportunity of the energy industry's rapid development, focus on the construction of the "Ten Major Industrial Clusters," and continue to utilize its strengths to intensify efforts in exploration, development, and increasing reserves and production, to accelerate the construction of key projects, and to promote the early implementation, commencement, construction, and effectiveness of investment projects. By transforming resource advantages into economic advantages, Zhongman would comprehensively boost local economic and social development.

Guo Jixin expressed gratitude to the Development and Reform Commission and Energy Bureau of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, as well as to the governments and relevant departments at all levels in the Aksu Prefecture for their long-standing care and support. He said that ZPEC would continue to leverage Xinjiang's resource advantages, intensify research efforts, optimize well location deployment, meticulously organize and implement its plans to persistently promote oil and gas exploration and development.
