On September 3, accompanied by their loud honking, two trucks fully loaded with TDS-250 series top drives slowly drove out of the factory area of ZPEC Equipment's Chengdu Base. In a few days, they will leave the country from Khorgos Port in Xinjiang and be transported to Europe for drilling operations. Since 2022, a total 40 top drives have been delivered to this market by ZPEC Equipment's Chengdu location. Its large-scale export is of great significance for ZPEC top drives to further expand the markets along the "Belt and Road".

A total of two TDS-250 series top drives delivered this time are all independently developed and produced by ZPEC Equipment Company. On the morning of the same day, containers filled with top drives are lined up. Workers commanded crane drivers to load the containers filled with top drives and accessories onto over-length trucks in turn.

"Since this year, we have delivered a total of 9 top drives to European customers. ZPEC top drives have been favored by customers for three years with their first-class quality and performance. Since the signing of the new contract, the cadres and employees of ZPEC Equipment's Chengdu Base have overcome difficulties such as high temperature, power rationing, and tight construction periods. They have worked overtime to seize the production of top drives and have refined the production nodes to every day and every hour. They have made every effort to accelerate production and manufacturing to ensure the on-time delivery of top drives," said Chen Keli, the Deputy General Manager of ZPEC Equipment Group and General Manager of ZPEC Equipment (Sichuan) and ZPEC Electric Company, at the bustling shipping site.

Since this year, ZPEC Equipment has been actively laying out around the "Belt and Road" and continuously deepening overseas markets. At present, nearly 100 top drives are conducting drilling engineering operations in multiple oil and gas fields in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, and China. Their first-class quality and performance have been highly affirmed by users at home and abroad.
