On the morning of July 30, 2024, Chairman Li Chundi of ZPEC Group met and had cordial conversations with the fourth batch of trainees from TOG Company who came to China for training at ZPEC’s Headquarters.
The second phase of "Enhanced Oil Recovery Technology Training Class" began one month after the first Phase. After completing their journey at the Karamay Campus of China University of Petroleum in Xinjiang and ZPEC Aksu Oilfield, the twelve trainees from Kazakhstan came to ZPEC’s Shanghai Headquarters for a visit and study where these foreign employee friends from the shores of the Caspian Sea were warmly welcomed with VIP treatment.
At the symposium, Chairman Li painted a bright future for the company's thriving development, introduced the plan to strengthen the exploration and production business, expressed gratitude for the hard work over the years, and for the persistence during the epidemic. He fully affirmed their contributions to the production operation and capacity construction of the Tenge Project, praised them as "good brothers, good employees", and attributed "the success to your efforts”. He hoped that, after coming to China this time, they could see more and communicate more to enhance the exchange and understanding in technology and culture between the two sides. He pointed out that ZPEC's investment and acquisition of exploration and production projects in Kazakhstan was a positive result of the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" by the two countries. In spite of the cultural differences between countries and different working habits of employees, he stated that as long as we unified our understanding on the principle of equality and mutual trust, differences would be eliminated, and the cohesion would become stronger and stronger. He hoped that the Chinese and Kazakhstan employees of Tenge Oil and Gas would streamline production management, improve work efficiency by using intelligent and digital management, and do a good job in supporting the development of the Coastal Project to achieve the simultaneous increase of oil and gas production and benefits of the two oil fields in Kazakhstan. The Tenge Oil Team Leader Akhoz and CPF Electrical Engineer Zhan Se also spoke in turn, made rational suggestions, and were full of expectations for the construction of CNPC's intelligent oilfield in Kazakhstan.
On behalf of the trainees, the TOG Deputy General Manager Sabit expressed his gratitude to the ZPEC Group Leaders, thanking them for providing multiple batches of training opportunities in China and the high-standard reception, he said, "Seeing the rapid development of China, seeing the digital management of the Aksu Oilfield, I feel very excited, I hope that Tenge Oilfield can also achieve digitalization and automation to improve work efficiency”. He said that after returning, he would share the learning results with the team and go all out to do a good job in the oilfield production battle, and resolutely complete the production task.
Friendship transcends borders, and friends become closer and closer. The common cause has led the Chinese and Kazakhstan employees of ZPEC to continuously integrate, and "develop together with the company". This has become the common aspiration of everyone.
