On April 17th, ZPEC Rig 28 received a Commendatory Letter from Schlumberger, the Party A of the ENI Project, highly affirming the excellent results achieved by ZPEC Rig 28 in management, HSE, and other aspects during the ZB-543 drilling operation.

This year marks the third year that ZPEC Rig 28 has been drilling in the Zubair Oilfield. It is also the year when the second phase of the contract ends and the third phase of the contract begins. During the drilling operation of Well ZB-543, the last well of the second-phase contract, ZPEC Rig 28 relied on its excellent strength and refined management to break the record for the shortest time for contract conversion in the Zubair Oilfield. This paved the way for the smooth progress of the third-phase contract, laying a solid foundation for development.

 On April 11th, during the drilling of the first well of the third phase of the contract, Schlumberger Country Manager Wasim Azem came to the well site to conduct an inspection. After two days of well inspection, he highly praised ZPEC Rig 28 for its engineering, drilling operation, and on-site HSE management. In addition, he distributed small gifts to all employees of the Rig Team.
