ZPEC Rig 43 Sets New HZEM Work Area Relocation Record in Saudi Arabia

Recently, ZPEC Rig 43 completed a 10 day, long-distance relocation of 811 kilometers from the HAZD Work Area to the HZEM Work Area in Saudi Arabia. The safe and efficient relocation organization was highly praised by Party A.

 The rig was released at the old well at 5 a.m. on February 16, 2024, and was quickly disassembled and packed. On the evening of the 18th, the moving vehicles arrived at the well site and started loading one after another. At 10 a.m. on the 24th, the last equipment vehicle left the old well site on its way to the new well site. It only took six days from loading the first truck of supplies to finishing the old well. All equipment arrived at the new well at 11 a.m. on the 26th and the move took a total of ten days. The entire 811 kilometer journey included 428 kilometers of dirt roads. All members of the well team overcame difficult conditions at the new well site, including the lack of vegetables and washing water, where they unloaded the truck and installed it as soon as possible, completing the relocation as quickly as possible.

At present, ZPEC Rig 43 has completed the derrick installation and commissioning work at the JNAB-821 Well in the HZEM Work Area, a
