On March 9, 2024, Nie Zhuang, the Secretary of the Kashgar Prefectural Committee of Xinjiang Province, and his delegation came to ZPEC (Aksu) Oil and Gas Company for inspection and research. They fully affirmed the company's active participation in the National Oil and Gas System Reform and its efficient promotion of oil and gas exploration, development, and production. They expressed their expectation to make further progress in oil and gas exploration and production and increase reserves, strengthen exchanges and docking in industry, and other aspects, and to actively carry out practical cooperation.

Zhang Yunshou, the Member of the Kashgar Prefectural Committee and the Secretary of the Shache County Party Committee, Yao Ning, the Member of the Kashgar Prefectural Committee and the Secretary of the Kashgar Municipal Party Committee, Wu Xiaobin, the Deputy Commissioner of the Kashgar Regional Administrative Office, Qu Liandong, the Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Kashgar Economic Development Zone, Yang Shuwei, the Secretary-General of the Kashgar Prefectural Committee and Secretary of various county committees, Yu Guoming, the Member of Aksu Prefectural Committee and the Deputy Commissioner of the Administrative Office, Huang Zhenjun, the Secretary of Wensu County Committee, and Yao Guobin, the Member of the Standing Committee of Wensu County Committee and the Executive Deputy County Magistrate, accompanied the inspection and investigation.

At the Wenbei CPF Station of the Aksu Oilfield, Li Xuesong, the Vice President of ZPEC Group and the General Manager of ZPEC Oil and Gas Company, introduced the profile of ZPEC and ZPEC (Aksu) Oil and Gas Company, the Group companies' integration advantages, development history, the basic situation of the Wensu Block, Wensu Block 7 production capacity, construction projects, and other situations. Nie Zhuang and his party had in-depth exchanges with relevant technical personnel on exploration, development and production progress, increasing reserves and production, and the development of the oil and gas industry.

Nie Zhuang said that this investigation was very impressive and fruitful. ZPEC has obvious advantages in integration, flexible private enterprise mechanism, and good development momentum. ZPEC Aksu Oilfield has achieved remarkable results in exploration and production. It is hoped that both parties would further strengthen exchanges and docking, actively explore practical cooperation in the field of oil and gas exploration and production, achieve complementary advantages, and share opportunities, while continuously stimulating new momentum and vitality for high-quality development. He  welcomed PZEC to actively participate in oil and gas exploration and production and increase reserves and production in the Kashgar Region, so that oil and gas resources can benefit the local area and jointly promote high-quality social and economic development in Xinjiang Province.

Li Xuesong extended a warm welcome to the Kashgar delegation and hoped to take this investigation as an opportunity to strengthen contact, exchange knowledge, give full play to one's own advantages, identify the points of complementary advantages, continue to increase oil and gas exploration and production efforts, and promote oilfield development cooperation to achievenew breakthroughs.
