On November 16, 2023, Lu Hongjun, the Deputy Director of the Social Services Department of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and his delegation came to ZPEC Wenbei Joint Station in ZPEC Wensu Oilfield, Xinjiang Province, for investigation. They affirmed ZPEC's achievements in promoting the development of southern Xinjiang and hoped to continue to actively participate in national construction and to fulfill its obligations and social responsibility while making new contributions to promoting high-quality economic and social development in Xinjiang.

Yu Mingsheng, the Member and Vice-chairman of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhang Dongsheng, the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary-general of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Zhu Guihua, the Member and Vice-chairman of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Che Yong, the Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Aksu Prefectural Committee and Party Secretary of the Regional Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Li Xuesong, the Vice President of ZPEC Group and General Manager of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil and Gas Company, accompanied the investigation.    

During the investigation, Lu Hongjun and his party inspected the oil, gas, and water treatment, process flow, and other conditions of the joint station on the spot. They learned in detail about the company's production and operational conditions and future development plans, and closely experienced the vitality of the company's vigorous development. He pointed out that ZPEC is a pioneer and "Model Enterprise" for private enterprises to participate in the national oil and gas system reform, and has made positive contributions to national energy security, economic and social development of southern Xinjiang, and improvement of people's livelihood. He hoped that ZPEC would make good use of the development platform of southern Xinjiang, continuously strengthen its responsibility, actively participate in consolidating and expanding the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, strengthen industrial assistance, labor cooperation, talent support, and financial support, and promote the economic and social development of southern Xinjiang to play a greater role in high-quality development.

Li Xuesong sincerely thanked the leaders at all levels for their strong support and help to the company. He said that ZPEC would rely on southern Xinjiang's location and resource advantages to actively participate in the development of southern Xinjiang's characteristic advantageous industries such as the "Eight Major Industrial Clusters" to better serve and ensure the national energy safety strategies. In the next step, the company will continue to leverage its integrated advantages, continue to increase oil and gas exploration and production efforts, fully promote the increase of oil and gas reserves and production, support the development and construction of southern Xinjiang, fulfill its social responsibilities, and assist the high-quality economic and social development of southern Xinjiang.
