On September 7^th, the 2023 Interim Report Performance Presentation Meeting of Listed Companies in Shanghai was successfully held. During the event, ZPEC participants introduced the company's operations in the first half of 2023 to investors. They then answered questions about corporate governance, development strategy, operating conditions, financing plans, equity incentives, and other sustainable development opportunities that concern investors.

In the first half of 2023, ZPEC Group achieved operating income of USD 261.4 Million (RMB 1.882 Billion), a year-on-year increase of 34.85%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was approximately USD 61.1 Million (RMB 440 Million), a year-on-year increase of 107.18%. At the same time, the company's engineering projects and equipment sectors made breakthroughs in both domestic and foreign markets.

During the Q&A session with investors, Chairman and President Li Chundi answered the company's development strategy, refinancing projects, and other issues one-by-one. He said that the company's refinancing work would help improve the company's overall strength and profitability and enhance the company's sustainable development capabilities, which are in line with the interests of the company and all shareholders. In the next step, the company would continue to rely on its current oil and gas resource advantages, technological advantages, integration advantages, and industrial foundation to continue to actively participate in the transfer of oil and gas exploration rights. At the same time, it would also actively explore new energy projects to continuously expand the company's business scale and improve profitability and achieve sustainable development of the company.
