On August 9^th, Mr. Dilishati Kedelhan, member of the Party Group and the Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, and his party visited ZPEC (Aksu) Oil and Gas. He expressed appreciation for ZPEC's efforts to employ its full advantages in order to achieve a series of breakthroughs in the reform of the National Oil and Gas System. He hoped that ZPEC would strengthen its confidence and strive to promote the increase of oil and gas reserves and production to a new level.

Mr. Ai Zezi Maitiniyazi, member of the Party Group and the Deputy Director of the Working Committee of the People's Congress of Aksu District, Mr. Xu Yunfeng, the Deputy Secretary-General, the Director of the Office, and the Second-level Inspector of the Working Committee of the People's Congress of Aksu District, Mr. Alia Setiniyazi, the Deputy Secretary of the Wensu County Party Committee, County Mayor, and other leaders from the Aksu District, Mr. Li Xuesong, the Vice President of ZPEC Group and the General Manager of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas Company, were also present.

At the site of the ground engineering construction project in Block Wen 7 of ZPEC Wenbei Oilfield, Mr. Li Xuesong introduced the general situation of ZPEC Group and ZPEC（Aksu）Oil and Gas Company, the integration advantages of the Group, and the progress of the surface engineering construction project of Block Wen 7 in Wenbei Oilfield, including other pertinent information. After the completion of the surface engineering project, the annual crude oil treatment scale would be able to reach 500,000 tons and the water treatment scale would be able to reach 4,000 cubic meters per day. After learning about the situation, Mr. Dilishati Koderhan said that, as a pioneer and "Model Enterprise" of private enterprises participating in the National Oil and Gas Reform, ZPEC had made positive contributions to national energy security and local economic development. He said that ZPEC must continue to play its role based on its own advantages, to continuously increase the exploration and production the blocks, and to promote the increase of oil and gas reserves and production to a new level. He emphasized that ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas should actively use new technologies and technologies in oilfield development to further improve the utilization rate of water resources and achieve green and harmonious development.

Mr. Li Xuesong expressed his gratitude to the governments at all levels and relevant departments of the Autonomous Region for their care and support to ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas over the years. The company will continue to make good use and protection of water resources, increase efforts in oil and gas exploration and production, fully promote the increase of oil and gas reserves and production, and contribute ZPEC “strength” to the high-quality development of Xinjiang's economy and society.
