At 9:30 a.m. on July 20, 2023, the opening ceremony for the establishment of Zhongman Petroleum Equipment Group Pump Company and Zhongman Petroleum Equipment Group Special Vehicle Division was held in the No. 2 Workshop of ZPEC Shanghai Lingang Base. This milestone marked the company reaching a new level product specialization, differentiation, and branding.

ZPEC Group Chairman Li Chundi, ZPEC Senior Vice President Yao Guicheng, the Leadership Team of the Equipment Group, and more than 80 employees from the Shanghai Lingang Base participated in the event.
