At noon, Libya local time, on December 9^th, after several days of high standard equipment installation and commissioning, ZPEC Rig 3 of the Libyan Water Well Project successfully spudded in amid the roar of the drilling rig, which opened the Libyan water well market.

In order to ensure the smooth drilling of Libya’s first well, Mr. Li Wei, the General Manager of ZPEC Egypt Company, led his team to work hard. While travelling to Egypt and Libya project sites, he guided the installation and commissioning work, which passed the inspection and acceptance of Party A at a first-class speed. At the spud in ceremony, Mr. Mohamed Gamil, the Drilling Supervisor of Party A, said that the long-distance equipment relocation, installation, commissioning, and other high-standard and high-efficiency operations fully demonstrated the strength of ZPEC Drilling. He went on to say that ZPEC Drilling is the most professional team it has ever cooperated with in the Libyan water well market and that the configuration of ZPEC drilling equipment is also second to none in the market.  He also highly praised the efficient organizational ability and business level of the ZPEC team.
