Since the beginning of this year, ZPEC has promoted supporting technologies such as data remote transmission for drilling engineering work. This innovative and upgraded digital and intelligent remote transmission system helped discover abnormal working conditions in advance during the operation. Collaboratively, it has analyzed and solved existing problems, as well as eliminated many hidden dangers of underground accidents, thus ensuring safe production and improved operational efficiencies.

At the beginning of 2022, according to the company integrated development requirements of "Digital and Intelligent", the Engineering Technology Department and Zhongman Electrical Engineering and Technology Company jointly developed and launched the Zhongman Production Command System Version 3.0.  It features functions such as real-time remote transmission of operating parameters, real-time entry of engineering reports, production timelines, and dynamic analysis of project progress, becoming the “network bridge” between well sites and drilling management departments. Through this system, some special wells and key wells of drilling projects at home and abroad can achieve real-time transmission of video and data. Since the system has been running for more than 4 months, the transmission is stable, and the data is real and smooth.  This enables simultaneous problem analysis and rapid diagnosis by the front and rear expert teams. The formulation of plans provide sufficient basis and improves the effectiveness of remote guidance to rapidly solve various problems on the spot, saving both time and money.
