On September 8, 2022, as the Mid-Autumn Festival was approaching, Mr. Jia Jinglei, Deputy Secretary of Xinjiang Aksu Prefectural Committee and Executive Deputy Commissioner of the Administrative Office, and his team came to the Surface Engineering Construction Project of Wenbei Oilfield Wen 7 Block.  They visited the front-line cadres and employees, and extended their festive greetings to them. Mr. Jia Jinglei encouraged ZPEC to further accelerate the progress of the construction of the Wen 7 Block Surface Project, to strive to complete and start production as soon as possible, and to make greater contributions to Aksu's economic and social development.

Mr. Bai Hebin, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Administrative Office, Mr. Gao Fan, the Deputy Secretary of Wensu County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor, and Mr. Li Xuesong, the General Manager of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas Company, as well as other leaders accompanied.

In the morning, Mr. Jia Jinglei and his team came to the site of the Surface Engineering Construction Project of Wenbei Oilfield Wen 7 Block, shook hands with the front-line cadres and employees, providing holiday blessings. They communicated cordially with the on-site personnel to learn about the joint processing station project, the construction situation and its difficulties, and helped solve their problems.

At the well site, Mr. Li Xuesong, the General Manager of ZPEC Oil & Gas Company, briefly introduced the basic overview and construction progress of the Surface Engineering Construction Project of Wenbei Oilfield Wen 7 Block. Mr. Jia Jinglei emphasized that, as the Surface Engineering Construction Project being a key project in the autonomous region, all relevant implementing units should consolidate their responsibilities, do a good job in project construction, and strengthen construction forces on the premise of ensuring project quality and construction safety. To optimize the schedule, the construction period needed to be shortened and accelerated, thus ensuring the early completion while laying a solid foundation for the company to promote high-quality development.

Mr. Jia Jinglei fully affirmed the development of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil and Gas Company. He pointed out that, as a key enterprise in the Aksu region, ZPEC (Aksu) Oil and Gas Company had made positive contributions to the local economic development. All relevant units and departments should coordinate in advance, provide good services, provide help for the development of enterprises, focus on solving the difficulties encountered by enterprises in the process of project construction, and continue to try their best to provide efficient service guarantees for enterprise development.
