On July 26, 2022, after strict on-site review and physical product testing, ZPEC Mud Pump products successfully passed the product quality certification of the National Petroleum Drilling, Production, and Refining Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

ZPEC Mud Pump series products, including the F800, F1300, F1600, F1600HL, and P2200, have been sold to Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Russia, Ukraine, Pakistan, Nigeria, China, and other countries, and have been highly commended by all.

During the audit, the experts of the review team of the National Inspection Center listened to the ZPEC’s brief introduction of the company, the establishment and implementation of the quality management system, and product manufacturing.  They also conducted a review of the production workshop, workplace, production equipment, laboratory, warehouse, etc. At the same time, according to the procedures stipulated in the standard, they also reviewed the qualifications of suppliers and production support capabilities. After this comprehensive review by the expert group, they concurred that ZPEC Equipment Group had the technical abilities to manufacture and assemble mud pumps. The sites and facilities, equipment, supporting capabilities, and inspection methods met the manufacturing requirements of all product standards.  The Quality Management System had been implemented effectively and the quality of ZPEC’s Mud Pump series products fully met the quality certification standards.
