On July 14, 2022, Mr. Li Xiaohong, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and his team went to the ZPEC Mahu Project for investigation. He gave high praise to ZPEC Rig 11 Team for the safety management, standardized well site, and the team’s excellent spirit.

In the morning, accompanied by leaders of the Xinjiang Oilfield Company and ZPEC’s Mahu Project, President Li Xiaohong arrived at the well site of Well AHHW1206, which was drilled by ZPEC Rig 11 Team.  He communicated cordially with the staff of the drilling team to learn about the drilling operation and the existing risk points. During the investigation, Mr. Ren Hanjun, the Deputy General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company and the Mahu Project Manager, and Mr. Wang Debao, the Rig Manager of ZPEC Rig11 Team, respectively, gave a brief introduction on the current drilling situation and the next-step work arrangements for Well AHHW1206.

After being highly affirmed by President Li Xiaohong as well as other experts and leaders at the meeting, Mr. Ren Hanjun said that Zhongman Drilling would take the opportunity provided by the day’s investigation to further consolidate the foundation of safe production, to cherish the hard-won workload, and to drill wells with their best efforts.
