On February 23rd, Chen Guochu, Dean of the Institute of Electrical Engineering of Shanghai Dianji University, and his team went to the Shanghai Lingang Base of Zhongman Petroleum to carry out cooperative exchanges, studies, and research between schools and enterprises. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on technology, talent needs, intelligent equipment, etc. They said that they will further deepen cooperation in the future and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results by giving full play to their respective advantages.

Dean Chen Guochu said that in response to the call for national school-enterprise cooperation, Shanghai Dianji University is willing to fully commit to the advantages and strive to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled application-oriented talents for enterprises such as Zhongman Equipment Group. Qing Hailong, Vice President of Shanghai Dianji University, introduced in detail the major technological breakthroughs made by the institute in electrical engineering and its automation technology.  He hopes to apply these technologies to the manufacture of petroleum equipment as soon as possible and achieve a win-win situation between universities and enterprises.

At the meeting, the leaders and experts of ZPEC’s Marketing Center and Technical Department introduced their development history, integration advantages, achievements, and development vision of the Group.  They introduced the series of drilling rig products developed and manufactured by ZPEC.  The participants had an in-depth discussion on the mechanical and electrical technologies to be cooperated.

Finally, Li Jing, General Manager of the Equipment Group, said that the school-enterprise cooperation model is conducive to the transformation of scientific research results and talent training, and that Zhongman Equipment Group would continue to increase the cooperation between the two sides and build a win-win pattern for universities and enterprises at a higher level.
