On the afternoon of February 23^rd, Weiruo Jiang, Director of the Investment Promotion Center of Daishan County, Zhejiang Province, and Jianyuan Lin, Deputy Director, went to ZPEC’s Shanghai Lingang Headquarters for discussions on cooperative opportunities. Zhongman Group Chairman Chundi Li, Vice Chairman Fengxue Zhu, and President Yun Zhang met with the guests to discuss win-win oportunities, which further deepened mutual understanding and laid the foundation for cooperation.

After watching the promotional video introducing the two parties, Director Weiruo Jiang introduced Daishan County’s unique location advantages and development prospects. With large-scale petroleum refining and chemical projects and many well-known enterprises settled there, Daishan has become a free trade experiment in China (Zhejiang). The main battlefield of the new national strategic zone has brought good business opportunities for related companies by vigorously developing the entire industrial chain of oil products such as oil storage, transit, and trade. He warmly invited the leaders of ZPEC to investigate and invest in this hot land.

Chairman Chundi Li expressed his welcome to the guests. Then he briefly introduced the business characteristics and development profile of ZPEC and pointed out that ZPEC’s business covers drilling engineering services, petroleum equipment manufacturing, the upstream and downstream of oil and gas exploration and development, vigorous implementation of the transformation and upgrading strategies, and the development and construction of oil fields. Examples such as Wensu and Tenge further enhanced ZPEC’s advantages in the oil and natural gas fields in spite of encountering difficulties in 2020 due to the impact of the pandemic and the decline in international oil prices. However, with the continuous resumption of work and production of domestic and foreign engineering projects in the new year, coupled with the recovery of international oil prices, the quarterly development trend is good and future profitability is expected to increase substantially. President Li said that ZPEC was very interested in Daishan's business environment and the overall plan for the construction of a petrochemical base, hoping that both parties would maintain close communication and actively expand cooperation possibilities.

After friendly discussions, everyone showed a keen interest in cooperation in petroleum equipment manufacturing and oil product trade.  They expressed the desire to give full play to their respective advantages and carry out in-depth cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
