On February 5^th, a team led by Xiaozeng Chen, Director of the Rong Media Center of the Propaganda Department of Aksu Prefecture Committee, organized the Rong Media Center (News Center) of the Propaganda Department of Aksu Prefecture Committee, which included the Aksu Daily News, the Aksu Regional Radio and Television Station, the Wensu County Party Committee Propaganda Department Publicity Center, etc. This news media interview team composed of 10 people came to Aksu Zhongman Oil & Gas Company to interview the production line pesonnel. They used their own lenses and pens to truly reflect that all cadres and employees of the company were sticking to their posts in the cold winter of more than ten degrees below zero with their real pictures and touching stories while increasing reserves and production.

At 10:00 am, the interview team arrived at the conference room of the Aksu Zhongman Oil and Gas Company to hold a symposium to learn more about the highlights of Aksu ZPEC's oil and gas development and production. Deputy General Manager Xuesong Li introduced the development of the company to the media reporters. He said, “ZPEC actively responds to the call of the national and local governments to encourage non-local employees to celebrate the Chinese New Year at Wensu. During the Spring Festival, the company will further strengthen pandemic prevention work and safety management, and ensure the smooth operation of various other work. We will adhere to the scientific innovation and talent strategy, recruit talents in Aksu area, promote local employment, and contribute to the promotion of high-quality local economic development."

During the symposium, Deputy General Manager Fenglei Chen introduced the company's development history, basic overview, and 2021 production plan. The head of Human Resources, He Zhang, introduced ZPEC’s implementation of the "oil company’s" management model. As the scale of exploration and development continues to grow, company leaders attach great importance to talent training, planning, and focusing on multi-angle and all-round training of employees in order to improve employees' learning ability, practical abilities, and innovation abilities, while promoting employees to grow and become talented in order to cultivate oilfield management, technology, and skillful operational talents.  These activities gradually form a capable exploration and development talent team, creating a talent training base for ZPEC in Aksu at the same time. The company leaders explained the reasons why ZPEC can develop so rapidly in the local area.  On the one hand, the local government and related departments have given strong support and assistance, and on the other hand, it has benefited from the “three integrations” core advantages of ZPEC. The "integration of exploration and development. drilling engineering services, and petroleum equipment manufacturing" have greatly promoted the pace of exploration and development in the Wensu Block. After in-depth exchanges, the interview team highly praised and affirmed Aksu Zhongman Oil & Gas Company’s outstanding achievements and contribution to Wensu.

After the symposium, the interview team went to the Hong 9 Well for an in-depth investigation. In order to cope with the production and operation in the low temperature environment in winter, the team personnel of each well site conduct detailed inspection and maintenance of each oil well 24 hours a day and accurately evaluate the production parameters and operating status. The interview team listened to Senior Technician Jinsen Chen introduce the basic situation of the oil production area, equipment and facilities operation, production operation, and data monitoring. Each well site uses digital monitoring systems to achieve safe production and on-site inspections are carried out every two hours by the operating staff.  The reporter said, “Oil production is a high-risk industry, but with the well station automation technology and manual inspection, the equivalent to double insurance for safe production is obtained and work safety is guaranteed to the greatest extent.”

Subsequently, the interview team continued to go deep into the Hong 6-1 drilling site, filmed and interviewed the drilling process on site, and listened to the unforgettable stories of on-site workers’ remarks that the drilling team actively took up single roots, disassembled the plugging device, tripped and drilled while adhering to standards and ensuring safety.

After interviewing the on-site oil workers, the interview team praised them, saying “After listening to the stories of the ZPEC workers, we’re very moved and shocked. It also made us realize the hardships and difficulties of the ZPEC workers. Under such a harsh environment, they can withstand loneliness and desolation, their aggressive, hard-working, enterprising spirit has deeply moved us. We will let more people know that the ZPEC production area is a hot land for dreams and we will let more people know the people of ZPEC are full of dedication and responsibility."
