On December 3^rd, the Tripartite Committee for Coordinating Labor Relations in Chengdu released the second list of Chengdu Model Labor Relations and Harmonious Units. ZPEC’s Kunlun and Electronic Control Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of "AAAAA Chengdu Model Labor Relations Harmonious Unit" and the title of 5A. It is the highest-ranking honorary title for labor relations in Chengdu.

Kunlun and Electronic Control Co., Ltd. have actively played the role of labor relations negotiation and coordination mechanism for a long time, strictly implemented the enterprise employee representative conference and factory affairs disclosure system, and fully protected the basic rights and interests of employees in labor compensation, vocational training, occupational safety, and health protection, etc. They actively use the tripartite mechanism of labor relations to continuously strengthen the early prevention, resolution, and emergency handling of labor relations, conflicts, and disputes.  These actions effectively prevent and resolve conflicts and risks, while striving to build a standardized, orderly, fair and reasonable, mutually beneficial, and harmonious labor relationships. They actively contribute to the healthy development of the economy and society, highly affirmed by all levels of departments

The Chengdu Model Labor Relations Harmony Unit is selected by the Chengdu Tripartite Committee for Coordinating Labor Relations. The members of the tripartite committee include Chengdu Municipal Government, Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Municipal Entrepreneurs Federation, and Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. Enterprises awarded the title of "Chengdu Model Labor Relations and Harmonious Enterprise" are included in the city's public credit information project and given priority support in terms of corporate listing and employee training.
