From September 22^nd to 28^th, the Chairman of ZPEC, Chundi Li, went to Aksu Zhongman Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. to inspect and guide the work. He went to the production line of the well site, the work area, and the well team to understand the production and operation on the spot. He assisted in coordinating and solving practical problems, visited and sympathized with front-line employees, and listened to work reports from various departments of Aksu Oil & Gas Company. He required Aksu Company to use the “new report of proven reserves in Wen 7 block approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources” as a strong driving force to strengthen management and to pay close attention to work implementation, in order to ensure safe and efficient drilling and production. By speeding up the exploration and development of the Wensu Project, new contributions were made to the successful transformation of the Group Company to upstream exploration and development.

On September 23rd, the Wenbei Oilfield in Nanyan of Tianshan Mountains was bathed in the soft morning light. Mr. Li and his team visited the Hong 26 Well to inspect the production situation, knowing that this well was another high-yield well in the Hongqipo Oilfield. The daily output of crude oil had reached up to 60 tons and he spoke highly of it. He urged the oil field staff to continue to strengthen scientific management, work hard, and achieve better results at the Hong 30 Well. Mr. Li watched and listened to the workers and inquired in detail about the team’s configuration of production workers, concerned about the safety and environmental protection measures of the well site.  He admonished all to resolutely eliminate the hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection and repeatedly urged the leaders to take care of the people and to continuously strengthen safety and environmental management to ensure smooth and efficient production.

After the investigation from Well Hong 30, Mr. Li and his entourage carried out field investigations along the mineral rights boundary outside the 3D seismic zone and inspected the geological structure and reservoir conditions of the 2D zone. He listened to relevant reports in detail and asked about the exploration and development of Aksu Oil and Gas Company. He fully affirmed the progress of Aksu’s exploration and development and encouraged all cadres and employees to strengthen their confidence in order to correctly deal with the adverse effects of low oil prices.  By making great efforts to improve quality and efficiency, the oil and gas resource base will be continuously consolidated.

During the inspection, President Li and the leaders of Aksu Oil and Gas Company came to the oil and gas production management area to pay respect to the cadres and employees. He asked the leaders of the oil and gas company to take care of the employees who stuck to their posts while arranging holiday shifts. By reasonably arranging everyone’s work and rest time, all employees were ensured that they can be responsible for their on-the-job work as well as celebrate the holidays at home.
