On the evening of June 21^st, a tanker truck loaded with compressed natural gas, CNG, slowly drove out of the Hong 11 Well site of the Wenbei Oilfield. This first truck of 4,000 cubic meters of natural gas was sold to the local gas filling station in Aksu, thus marking the successful trial production and sales of self-produced natural gas.

Since the beginning of this year, ZPEC has completed the testing of many wells. The Hong 11 Well is rich in oil and gas resources. During the gas test and ignition conducted on April 20^th, the onsite flame was more than 3 meters high. The completion of the gas production well station provided a mature management and operation model for large-scale CNG gas production and sales. A solid foundation had now been laid for the next step of exploration and reserve increase, rolling development, and production capacity construction. At present, in addition to the Hong 11 Well, more than a dozen wellheads that are rich in oil and gas resources have been completed in the ZPEC Wenbei Oilfield. On the basis of expanding the scale of trial production and sales of crude oil, the company will further increase natural gas sales, will organize expert teams to conduct detailed geological research, deepen the understanding of the rules of accumulation, expand the field of exploration, and strive to find more oil and gas reserves.

In order to ensure the timely recovery and utilization of natural gas, on the eve of the Hong 11 Well gas test, ZPEC Oil & Gas Company had to overcome various difficulties caused by the coronavirus epidemic and to organize personnel to go to Inner Mongolia, Southern Xinjiang, Northern Xinjiang, and many other companies to locate the needed equipment. Considering the high cost of equipment transportation outside Xinjiang and the high mobility of personnel, a set of gas production equipment located nearby was chosen. The problems of no electricity, no site, lack of materials, no roads, etc., were then addressed, allowing the company to work overtime day and night to install the equipment.
