At 6:30am on June 30^th Iraqtime,the drill bit of the Block 12SALMAN-2 Well in Iraq began rotating and the lights flashed.  Aftera month and a half of pre-spud preparation, ZPEC Block 12Project officially started.  The Companyand ZPEC Team shook hands and took a photo to set this historic moment.  On June 29^th, a group of 11 peoplefrom BOC and BNI came to the site to conductdrilling inspection and acceptance. Thanks to thefull preparation, the acceptance process went very smoothly. The excellent workdone by ZPEC took only a day and half to accept.

Through the hotweather and harsh environment, everyone was working hard, not afraid ofhardships, not afraid of fatigue, while showing the ZPEC “Spirit of the IronArmy”.
