ZPEC Iraq Zhenhua Project Drilling Rig 23 Begins

At 10:00am on July 12^th Iraq time,EBSZ-4 was spud in by ZPEC Rig23. It was first mobilized on June 26^th with the rig up and derrick successfully completed on July 4^th,reaching the level of drilling in a very fast mobilization of only 16 days. Despite the hot weather and harsh environment,everyone gave full play to the spirit of the ZPEC "Iron Army", fightingcontinuously, and reaching the level of the first section of the well withinthe given required time.

Thanks tofull preparation, at 10:00am on July 12^th, the client and the ZPECteam witnessed and accepted successful spud in together. The smooth opening ofthe EBSZ-4 Well was the result of the joint efforts of all the staff. It can’t be done without the work and supportof the project leaders, departments of PMO, Technology, Materials and SafetySystems.
