OnApril 2nd, good news came from Poltava, Ukraine. The installation and commissioningof five sets of ZPEC’s 650 Workover Rigs were completed and passed theacceptance of the on-site expert team. According to the established plan,large-scale drilling and workover operations will be conducted at the wellsiteat the end of April.

Thisbatch of workover rigs is tailored for Ukrainian customers for fieldoperations. It’s characteristics include: fast transportation capabilities, a highdegree of integration, and strong environmental adaptability with strongoperating convenience and safety during the operation process. Since thecontract was formally signed, the ZPEC Equipment Group overcame manydifficulties, such as tight delivery time, heavy tasks, and high technicalrequirements. However, every effort was made for the procurement,manufacturing, installation, and commissioning in order to complete thecontract on time.

On December 20, 2019, after the equipment and the elevenafter-sales personnel arrived in Poltava, they faced many difficulties such aspoor operating environment, few tools, and poor communication in the icy andsnowy days of twenty-six degrees below zero. Finally, through perseverance hadward work, they completed the equipment rectification and commissioning.  

Thesefive workover rigs represented ZPEC Equipment Group’s first opportunity toenter the Ukrainian market. With their acceptance, it marked the company'sbreakthrough progress in the Ukrainian market and laid a solid foundation forthe further development of overseas markets.
