On September 3^rd, after winning the Best HSE Award of the Graff Oilfield in the second quarter of 2019 on August 20, Team 25 received their second commendation letter from Party A, praising them as "Outstanding Management and Best Team", and highly praising their drilling rig management, efficient operation, and HSE performance.  ZPEC’s Team 25 carried out the work in strict accordance with the contract and design, and completed the drilling construction task safely, efficiently and excellently, showing the technical strength and the spirit of the "iron and blood journey".

Through strict safety and time limits, each big shift worked overtime, and maintained good equipment to ensure the normal underground operation.  Referring to the construction progress of the project, plans were made for each step in advance.  Platform Manager Li Peishui and Supervisor Liu Zhongqiang kept an eye on the work site, discovered problems, supervised and corrected them in time, and kept the construction period on time.  In the face of difficulties and setbacks, the Team always worked with enthusiasm, did not complain of being tired, actively sought solutions, and displayed excellent team style.  Winning the approval of Party A attached great importance to the standardization work and resolutely implementing the certification manual, and the standardized operational and procedural instructions of the three systems of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management.  Each day, the team urged their workers to clean up the materials and waste at the end of the day, so as to ensure the whole well site remained clean and tidy.  At the same time,  Team 25 also relentlessly carried out their technical exchange meetings, deepened their technical innovation, and did every work and every detail to perfection, thus laying a solid foundation for safe and efficient drilling and establishing a good brand image of the team.
