On May 31st, Rig 38’s ZJ40DBT drilling rig delivery and project launching ceremony for the ZPEC Kazakhstan Tenge Project was held at ZPEC’s Chengdu base.  Zheng Yi, Deputy Director of the Xindu Industrial Zone Management Committee, and Hu Dexiang, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the ZPEC Group, attended the ribbon-cutting portion of the ceremony.  They encouraged the Kazakhstan team to deliver first-class performance in the new market and to work hard to establish the Zhongman brand.
