At 6:00 am Iraq local time on February 17th, after the joint efforts of all units and rig members of ZPEC’s Rig 26, Well R679 passed the ROO acceptance and successfully spudded-in at the Rumaila Oilfield in Basra, Iraq, thus welcoming in the New Year of the Pig.
