On January 24, 2019, at 9:00 am Iraq local time, with the SIBA Project 5B Well’s completion, the SIBA Project was successfully concluded.

Through the cooperation with Schlumberger, the HSE culture and management of Zhongman has further improved.  The whole project achieved safe, rapid, and efficient production, which not only enhanced the brand of ZPEC, but also achieved a win-win situation as Schlumberger provided a high degree of recognition to ZPEC.  At the end of the project, Schlumberger issued certificates to commend ZPEC and thanked the staff for their candid cooperation.  They then expressed their hope for more opportunities for further cooperation in the future.  (Reported by Wang Zhiqin)
