From January 22^nd to 23^rd, ZPEC hosted its Working Conference and Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony at its Shanghai Lingang Headquarters.  Eight outstanding international employees from Russia, Iraq, Egypt, and its overseas branches and projects came to Shanghai to participate in the meetings.  They were able to experienced the joy of the harvest together with everyone and accepted the recognition of the ZPEC Group leaders.

Those international staff with outstanding work performance attending this year were senior managers, operation managers, public management managers, translators, etc. They are among the nearly 400 international employees of ZPEC.

During the conference, the international employees toured the Group Headquarters and its equipment manufacturing base.  They participated in the Spring Festival - Chinese New Year's Party and also met with the Group's Chairman, Li Chundi where he inquired of their work challenges and difficulties.  He cordially welcomed them to bring their families to visit during the most beautiful season in China. Chairman Li encouraged everyone to do good in their own work, integrate into the Chinese family, thus sharing in the fruits of the company’s development.

The company also organized a Shanghai sight seeing tour to the Chenghuang Temple and Yu Garden, allowing the guests to feel the Chinese New Year culture in Shanghai.  They went to the “Top of Shanghai” on the 118th floor of the Shanghai Tower and enjoyed the whole birds-eye view of the renowned areas known as The Bund and Lujiazui.  These employees were basically coming to China for the first time, so this tour made everyone happy and pleasant. With a new understanding of China and Chinese Culture, they said that after returning to their respective global projects, they would work with more passion and with a positive attitude.

Over the years, Zhongman Group has actively embraced and promoted the  localization policies in all overseas projects in its attempt to cultivate its international workforce.  ZPEC respects and embraces all customs and habits, in order to improve employee’s welfare and to impart key business skills.  All of these behaviors greatly enhanced each employee’s sense of identity and professionalism.
