At 11:00 pm Iraq local time on December 6th, the first dual-tubing well, EB-101, from the East Bagdad Project was successfully completed. ZPEC’s technical ability and service capability in difficult well completions have reached a new level, as the MDOC site supervisor praised the technical service team for its high-level, high-quality, hard work.

The East Bagdad Project is the first independently integrated engineering and technical service project of the Zhongman Group. It is also a pilot project in transforming ZPEC’s operation from heavy asset operation to light asset operation. The successful completion of the EB-101 well has provided a satisfactory solution to MDOC and further enhanced ZPEC’s technical services brand throughout the world.

The successful completion of this difficult well is the result of teamwork. It is inseparable from the overall coordination and full support of the leaders of the East Bagdad Project Department, as well as the efforts of the logging, mud, cementing, and casing teams.
