On the morning of September 16th, Rig 22 Schlumberger Supervisor Ahmed Theban commissioned Project Manager Han Yongchao and Safety Manager Zhu Deyi to commend the toolpusher, Mr. Zheng Hongdi, for his excellent performance in safety production and team management.

Since starting with the SIBA Project, Zheng Hongdi has worked diligently and sincerely.  When he met the unclear drilling instructions, he lost no time in communicating with Schlumberger to ensure that orders would be accurately issued and implemented.  This attitude left a deep impression on Schlumberger.  At the same time, Zheng Hongdi paid as much special attention to Schlumberger’s affairs as his own.  When the drilling design was not in accord with the site condition or couldn’t be achieved, he promptly informed the site personnel of Schlumberger and negotiated solutions with them.  This not only avoided risks, but also improved Schlumberger's performance, achieving mutual benefits.  Schlumberger's supervisor said, "Hongdi very good" on multiple occasions!
