At 4:00 am on July 12th, the drilling depth of Sudong 21-24 Well of ZPEC Rig 15 reached 556 meters, which marked the annual total drilling depth for the rig at 20,000 meters.  The good performance and efficiency of the team allowed it to take the leading position in the whole sulige block.

 In the first half of this year, ZPEC Rig 15 broke the drilling cycle and mechanical speed record in sulige block. It reduced the previous record of 10.58 days by over a day, down to 9.33 days during the drilling of the Sudong 22-25 and 21-25 wells.  As the drilling cycle record holder among this block, they adhere to the principles of high quality and efficient operation, planning everything in advance, while using favorable conditions to prevent production stoppages.  As a result, they've shortened the drilling cycle greatly and created favorable conditions for smooth production and good performance.
