In order to better implement Shell’s safety culture, on May 3^rd four drilling teams from ZPEC’s Shell Project carried out safety day activities comprised of in-depth discussions on safety risks and countermeasures aimed at improving the safety awareness of the entire crew.

On the day of the event, ZPEC staff, along with Shell and Halliburton’s officers and security personnel, arrived at the well site to conduct in-depth discussions on the topic of “risk prevention and safety awareness 24x7”.  During the event, the Halliburton Iraqi national manager and the leader of the Shell Majnoon Block visited the well site of ZPEC Rig 29 where they highly praised the team’s on-site standardization and safety culture.  They expressed their hopes that Drilling Team 29 would continue their efforts to become the security management model.

Since entering the high-end market of Shell, Zhongman Shell has proactively focused on safety, harmony, and efficiency. It has nurtured a safety culture in practice and gradually formed a safety management method with its own characteristics. Each employee involved in this culture and has voluntarily changed his or her behavior and has made safety a daily routine and habit. (Reported by Song Erhui, Feng Xiaoxu)
