Then President Chen Qingjun pointed out that the ZPEC Schlumberger project management would continue to improve by refining the management system for Chinese employees and local employees, and to improve project operations which, in turn, further stabilize the market.  At the same time, cost control, employee business training, and operational efficiencies would also improve.  Mr. Chen emphasized that the two rigs must make good preparations and enhance the safety awareness of employees' lifting operations in order to strictly control risks while completing the moving work safely and quickly.(Reported by Lian Chenggong)
