During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the team members of ZPEC Rigs 27 and 28 devoted their time to guarantee the smooth and safe operation of the Shell Project.  The operation of ZPEC Rig 27 had entered into the third spud-in casing phase with all of the crew full of confidence and energy to finish the target.  ZPEC Rig 28 began their first move during the Chinese annual holiday, and had become familiar with all of the procedures and potential problems. Thus, wanting to assure the effective completion of the work of this phase, they stayed on their jobs.
