On April 21st, Vice General Manager of ZPEC and General Manager of ZPEC Beijing, Mr. Chen Qingjun, accompanied by Project Manager Mr. Zhao Yanjun, inspected GAZPROM Project ZPEC Rig 16.  Mr. Chen highly praised their brilliant performance and encouraged everyone to continue their efforts to achieve greater success.

They arrived at the drill site at 11:00am and proceeded to the mud tank zone and then the driller room.  Mr. Chen asked the driller questions about the top drive’s operation.  During the inspection, he demonstrated his care and concern for the team and the equipment.  He emphasized the importance of basic management for the safety and efficient operation in the context of shortening the time for construction and of reduction in contract costs.
